Who We Are

Investor Management Services (IMS) is a well-funded, product & customer focused start-up located in Charlotte & Raleigh, NC. Our platform was launched in 2015 in response to an obvious void that was causing inefficiencies for private equity Commercial Real Estate (CRE) firms, and we have now become one of the leading investor management platforms in the CRE industry. Born out of a 20+ years of real estate experience, our technology is designed to solve core business pains of real estate investment professionals. IMS provides CRE investment sponsors a platform to manage investors and investments, analyze their investment portfolio in real-time, store and disseminate documents, and drive investor connection & transparency.

Step 1: Application

Explore the different positions we have available and identify which one(s) most closely aligns with our job requirements, skills, and experience.

Step 2: Assessment

Take a 5-minute survey to help us understood your personality, work ethic, values, and potential contribution to our culture.

Step 3: Review

The hiring manager will evaluate your resume and assessment and analyze how you would fit into the company for the role you chose or maybe even another position in the company!

Step 4: Interview

Steps will vary based on the team you are interviewing with but typically include a phone screen with the hiring manager, an on-site visit with prospective team members, and potentially a technical screening or presentation.

Step 5: Offer

If you are selected as a good fit for the team and culture and the timing is right, the hiring manager will send you an offer! Yay!

Step 6: Onboarding

From Day 1, you will be enrolled in a cross-functional onboarding program that will help you learn all about the IMS Platform, the commercial real estate industry, and how our company works and plays.
