Our platform enables commercial real estate investment sponsors to proactively manage their investors, investments and properties. It is a game changer for their businesses! The platform provides both a front-end solution for investors to see their real estate investments as well as a back-end solution for sponsors to manage their information.

Responsibilities:

As the Lead UX/UI Designer at IMS, you must be passionate about solving complex customer problems with the understanding that Commercial Real Estate is an underserved market as it relates to innovative technology. Providing innovative and intuitive prototypes and designs based on proven techniques and actionable intelligence are key. Ability to identify opportunities for change and to ideate on design concepts are a must.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and administer the user experience and creative direction for the IMS software platform.
  • Collaborate with product management, developers and junior design members on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts and road map priorities
  • Build empathy and be an advocate for customers through participation in human-centered research and design
  • Translate user needs, style guides, and requirements into simple solutions for complex problems. Ability to ask relevant questions of other functions in the company to ensure the ultimate problem is solved
  • Leverage analytic tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making
    Utilize Lean and Agile methodologies
  • Present research findings and design concepts to product management, customer success, development, and external clients
  • You will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure continuity across all customer touch points.
  • You will integrate multiple considerations including business goals, interaction best practices, brand standards, and technology constraints
  • Be a leader and mentor; you’ll challenge, grow and mentor junior design members and contribute to fostering a collaborative team spirit
  • Continuously look to streamline product design process focusing on the end user, both internal and external

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Design, Human Factors, Graphic Design or related discipline preferred. Five or more years of applied experience in experience design
  • 5+ years of experience with user experience (UX) and user interface design
  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products with an emphasis on financial applications
  • 4+ years of experience creating prototypes
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing other designers
  • 3+ years’ experience with standard digital design and agile tools (e.g. InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Jira, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Collaborative approach to work. You thrive in working cross functionally.

Staff/Principal Front End Software Engineer

Summary/Objective of Position:

Investor Management Services (IMS), the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company targeting the commercial real estate industry, is looking for a proven, superstar Senior Front End Engineer / Architect. You will play a key senior role on our front end team, architecting and implementing the user interfaces in AngularJS and React. You will work both within our development team as well as other roles to ensure we are implementing market-first software.

Customer Success Manager

Summary/Objective of Position:

Investor Management Services, a leading commercial real estate software as a service (SaaS) company, is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will own our customer relationships ensuring they get the most value out of the IMS Platform.

Directly manage multiple client relationships and all associated tasks related to setup and ongoing operation of those clients’ IMS platform. Additional responsibilities include answering investor technical support phone lines and interfacing with internal team members in various departments, including development, product management, sales, and marketing.

Training is provided by an experienced team of Customer Support Managers in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, start-up environment.

Data Analyst

Summary/Objective of Position:

We are growing and are adding a Data Analyst to the team. In this position you will interact with clients to aggregate their data (including: asset level, investment level, distributions, contacts and documents) and organize it within the IMS Platform. You will work with our product team to provide a solid foundation for clients to utilize the platform.
