Staff/Principal Front End Software Engineer

Summary/Objective of Position:

Investor Management Services (IMS), the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company targeting the commercial real estate industry, is looking for a proven, superstar Senior Front End Engineer / Architect. You will play a key senior role on our front end team, architecting and implementing the user interfaces in AngularJS and React. You will work both within our development team as well as other roles to ensure we are implementing market-first software.

We are a well funded startup that is growing fast with a team that has a history of building successful companies. We need to continue to build out new features and ensure customers are on-boarded smoothly all while seamlessly scaling to support our growth.

Our platform enables commercial real estate investment sponsors to proactively manage their investors, investments and properties. It is a game changer for their businesses! The platform has both a heavy front end - investor dashboards, CRM, etc. - and back end - complex financial calculations and data models.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a leadership role in the architecture and implementation (including implementing automated test cases for your code) of the front end of our software.
  • Work with a team of software engineers to provide mentorship and growth.
  • Feel like an owner. You will be empowered to solve hard technical problems and ensure we are executing on our roadmap while not missing a step in uptime, scalability, and security.
  • Provide input to our roadmap ensuring it is a balance of what we need to lead the market and what we need to deliver a well architected, reliable, high quality platform.

Staff/Principal Full Stack Software Engineer

Junior UI/UX Associate

Summary/Objective of Position:

Investor Management Services (IMS), the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company targeting the commercial real estate industry, is looking for a Junior UX Associate. You will play a key role on our UX Team, providing solutions that simplify complex problems while working closely with development, customer success, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design
  • Translate concepts into elaborated page-level wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design specifications
  • Create prototypes that can be rapidly shared with clients and internal partners
  • Work closely with engineers to define the design and behavior of each feature with detailed annotations/design specs while providing feedback during the feature's implementation within an Agile framework
  • Ability to easily pivot during a given release
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and unite business goals and user goals

Competencies for Success in This Role:

  • Ability to listen and collaborate with other departments (CS and Development) and external customers to produce exceptional prototypes

Customer Success Manager

Summary/Objective of Position:

Investor Management Services, a leading commercial real estate software as a service (SaaS) company, is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will own our customer relationships ensuring they get the most value out of the IMS Platform.

Directly manage multiple client relationships and all associated tasks related to setup and ongoing operation of those clients’ IMS platform. Additional responsibilities include answering investor technical support phone lines and interfacing with internal team members in various departments, including development, product management, sales, and marketing.

Training is provided by an experienced team of Customer Support Managers in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, start-up environment.

  • 2+ year prior experience as an analyst or as a CRE broker
  • Commercial real estate (CRE) knowledge and financial experience
  • Experience working in a financial technology firm a plus

Data Analyst

Summary/Objective of Position:

We are growing and are adding a Data Analyst to the team. In this position you will interact with clients to aggregate their data (including: asset level, investment level, distributions, contacts and documents) and organize it within the IMS Platform. You will work with our product team to provide a solid foundation for clients to utilize the platform.
